Privacy notice for sayvelio.org

Effective 24 October 2026

This notice covers the company website sayvelio.org only. Our products have their own Privacy Policy, published at sayvelio.com/privacy.

Who is responsible

The controller is SayVelio Technologies Ltd, Republic of Cyprus. You can reach us at corporate@sayvelio.com.

What this website collects

Very little. The website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking code. Fonts and images are served from this website, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit it.

When you open a page, the server that hosts the website automatically receives technical data that every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This data is recorded in server logs and used only to deliver the website and to keep it secure, for example to investigate abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider and are not combined with other data.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Railway Corporation, United States, and served from a data centre in the Netherlands. Where data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose and any legal obligation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps towards a contract if you ask about one.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to corporate@sayvelio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

Changes

If this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
